Terms and conditions

This website is operated by Tony Haresign, based in Scotland. These terms apply to use of this website and bookings for performance coaching and hypnosis services. The details of your particular service, including dates, fees and cancellation arrangements, are confirmed in your booking agreement before you commit.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully and respect the rights of other people. Its content provides general information about services and may be updated. It is not medical advice.

The nature of the services

Hypnosis is a tool for change, not a medical treatment. It does not replace advice from your GP or another qualified health professional. Results vary and no particular outcome is guaranteed. If you need mental-health support, speak to your GP, call NHS 111 or contact Samaritans on 116 123.

Booking and payment

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A free 15-minute, no-obligation chat is an opportunity to discuss suitability; it does not commit you to a paid service.

Fees and payment dates are confirmed when you book. Packages are paid before they begin unless an agreed payment plan applies. The PRIME Protocol can be paid in full at £1,500 or in three payments of £500. Any applicable taxes and the total payable will be made clear before you agree to a booking.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify Tony in writing as soon as possible. Any notice periods and cancellation fees are specified in the agreement for your booked service. Client cancellation refunds depend on that agreement, individual circumstances and your legal rights.

If Tony has to cancel or reschedule because of unforeseen circumstances, you will be given as much notice as possible and offered an alternative date or a full refund for the affected service.

Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation rights for bookings made at a distance.

Website content and recordings

Website text, images, logos and videos belong to Tony Haresign or their respective rights holders. Please obtain permission before reproducing or distributing them. Any additional terms for personalised recordings and programme materials will be included in your service agreement.

External links and availability

Calendly bookings and Amazon purchases take place on external websites and are also subject to those providers’ terms. This website cannot be guaranteed to be available at all times or free of errors.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Privacy

The privacy policy explains how personal information is collected and used.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Scots law, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings available to you. Updates are published here; changes do not retrospectively replace the terms agreed for an existing booking.
